a first

After the debut of my girlfriend Emilie's blog, I decided I needed one too. Not necessarily to share with anyone, but because my life seems dull. For some reason I believe that if I write something down every once in a while, things will magically seem more interesting. I suppose it's wishful thinking, but all the same, I might as well give it a try.
